The Costco Member Prescription Program is NOT insurance. It is a prescription drug discount card program that provides eligible Costco members and their eligible dependents with the ability to obtain lower prices at participating pharmacies.
Any Costco Member can join. Persons under 18 or pets are eligible as a dependent.
An eligible dependent is a person who is under the age of 18 and a legal dependent of the member. Pets may also be listed as a member's dependent.
You must choose CMPP or your prescription insurance program. If you choose CMPP the dollars will not count towards your prescription insurance program deductible.
Yes. You may use the CMPP card and apply its discounts on any medications you choose.
