Digital Membership Card
Launch the app when entering the warehouse and to begin checkout at the register.
- Launch the app and press the card image on the bottom panel
- This will bring you to the Digital Membership Card.
- View your estimated 2% Executive Reward from your Membership Card
- Your digital Membership Card cannot be used at the Costco gas stations at this time
- Download the newest version of the Costco app from the App Store® or the Google Play™ store.
- Launch the Costco app, then tap the Digital Membership icon at the bottom of the screen. The login page will appear.
- Follow instructions on the login page to sign in with an existing Costco.com account. If you do not have an existing Costco.com account, create one now. Each Digital Membership Card is tied to a specific Costco.com account. You cannot use the same email address for multiple Digital Membership Cards.
- Verify your membership. If you have not previously verified your membership, you will be prompted to do so.
- View your Digital Membership Card. After successfully verifying your membership, the Digital Membership Card will appear on your screen.

Shop Costco.com
Browse an extended selection of items, online-only savings and more all delivered to your door.
- Press the Shop tab to view the Costco.com homepage and see featured items or promotions.
- Shop featured deals and savings, including ones that are only online!
- From there you have access to Costco.com.
- Use the hamburger menu at the top left to search by category.
- Cancel to go back to the main app navigation.
Current Promotions
View the Savings Panel to view the latest promotions, to join our mailing list or to discover something new at Costco.com.
- Press the dollar sign at the bottom panel of your App.
- This will bring you to the Savings panel.
- Current Online and Warehouse promotions are highlighted here.
- Save your favorite items to your shopping list.
- Sign up for emails to stay up to date on the latest promotions.
Warehouse Information & More
View local gasoline prices, contact information, hours and other location-specific details.
- Press the location sign to get to the Warehouses tab.
- See warehouse locations using your current location on the map including location gas prices.
- Tap "See Warehouse Details" to see warehouse and gas station hours, warehouse special events, and view ancillary business information (tire center, food court, pharmacy, optical department, photo center, hearing aids).
- Set your home warehouse by tapping the location ➞ See Warehouse Details ➞ and "Set Home Warehouse to view Savings!"
My Account
Access your account information, online payment options, shopping history and online lists.
- Press your account icon at the top right of the app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Access all your online account information.
- Add your Gasoline Pay Fob to Costco Pay
Costco Pharmacy
Refill prescriptions, manage family accounts and set medication reminders.
- Tap "Menu", and select Pharmacy to bring you to the Pharmacy site.
- Login to check your prescription status and refill prescriptions or select "refill from list" without having to login.
- Transfer your prescription to a new Costco pharmacy.
- Find Costco Pharmacy locations near you.
Costco Gasoline
View current gas price at your local warehouse.
- Press the location pin at the bottom panel of your phone.
- Choose your location.
- As soon as you click on your warehouse it will show warehouse hours and current gas prices.
- Find Costco gas stations with Diesel by tapping "See Warehouse Details" and selecting Looking for Diesel? under the Gas Station section
Shopping Lists
View your Costco.com shopping list, plus make a list for your warehouse shopping.
- Tap "Menu", and select Lists to bring your different shopping lists.
- Sign in to see the lists you created on the website.
- Add to your warehouse list without being signed in.
- You can also add to your warehouse list from the Member-Only Savings Book by swiping on the item.
- For Online-Only add an item to your list by tapping the hamburger icon with the plus sign near the product.
Costco Travel
Find great value on vacation packages, cruises, rental cars, hotel stays, theme park packages and more.
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "Travel".
- View or book hotels, cruises, rental cars or vacation packages.
- Navigate through travel options with the hamburger icon at the top right.
- Executive Members earn an annual 2% reward on Costco Travel purchases, plus earn 3% cash back rewards on Costco Travel with your Costco Anywhere Visa card by Citi and Costco Anywhere Visa Business Card by Citi.
Settings
Manage your app. Use touch and facial recognition to sign in. Set your warehouse. Sign up for emails and notifications.
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "App Settings"
- Customize your app settings by enabling Face or Touch ID on iPhone, changing your home warehouse and more
- Sign up for app notification or exclusive email offers
Costco Shop Card
Check the balance on your Costco Shop Card or buy one today.
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "Shop Card Balance".
- Purchase new Shop Cards starting at $25 or available up to $2,000.
- Enter Shop Card number and card PIN to view available balance on existing Shop Cards.
Business Center
Shop online for products from the Costco Business Center.
- Tap "Warehouses" icon on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "Filter" at the top.
- Select "Buiness Center" then "Apply" to view "Business Center" locations.
- Set your "Buiness Center" as your "Home Warehouse" to View "Buisness Center" Savings
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, navigate to "Business Center" to shop at costcobusinessdelivery.com
- Set your delivery ZIP code to view available products for delivery through select Business Centers.
- Shop all instant savings for delivery to your business.
Photo Center
Print photos straight from your phone. Plus, order canvas prints, metal pints, photo books as gifts and more.
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "Photo Center".
- Create photo books, mugs, or prints for delivery
- Upload photos, view order history and Costco Photo Center account history
- Press the Home button on the hamburger menu on the top left to return to the main app.
CostcoGrocery
Have Costco groceries, household essentials and more delivered to your home! Restrictions apply.
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "Grocery".
- Shop Same-Day delivery of groceries including fresh and household supplies.
- Shop 2-Day delivery of non-perishable food and household supplies.
- Shop Cold & Frozen delivery of perishable food items.
- Featured categories including gourmet foods, emergency kits and more.
Services
Find out what services Costco has to offer. Sign up for life insurance, business products and so much more.
- Tap "Menu" on the bottom bar of your screen, then select "Services".
- View auto, home, life and business services with Member-only values.
Special Events
Check the calendar for Special Events coming to your local warehouse. Sign up for notifications for upcoming events.
- Tap "Warehouses" on the bottom bar of your screen, then "See Warehouse Details" and scroll to see the list of current or upcoming Special Events at the selected warehouse.
- Tap "See all events" to learn more about the featured brands and products.
- Sign up for notifications for a Special Event you wish to attend.
