Optometrists are Independent Doctors of Optometry and may not accept the same vision insurance plans as the Costco Optical Department. If you need to schedule an exam, please call the Independent Doctor of Optometry directly or call your local Costco Warehouse, select the Optical Department when prompted, and your call will be transferred to the Independent Doctor of Optometry's office.
